The interior design project for Raute’s Residence focused on creating a harmonious living environment that blends comfort, individuality, and refined aesthetics across all levels of the home. Each floor was thoughtfully curated to reflect the lifestyle needs of the residents while maintaining a cohesive visual identity throughout the residence.
Our approach emphasized spacious layouts, warm yet modern color palettes, and purposeful zoning to support everyday living, relaxation, and social connection. The 1st floor was designed as a welcoming foundation, with inviting communal areas and functional circulation. The 2nd and 3rd floors were shaped around comfort and personalization, featuring elegant bedrooms, calm private lounges, and well-balanced lighting to enhance serenity. The 4th floor embraced openness and versatility, offering a dynamic space ideal for gatherings, recreation, or quiet retreat.
Through the use of high-quality materials, ergonomic furnishing, and carefully curated décor, Raute’s Residence was transformed into a multi-level haven that celebrates modern living.
